Products

What products are gluten free?

All of our products are gluten free and are made in our gluten free facility.

Do you have any products without soy or dairy?

All of our products are free of dairy and soy!

Do you have any products without nuts?

Yes! The easiest way to distinguish products that have nuts to those that don't, is by the flavor name. If the name of the flavor contains a nut, that is the nut in the flavor*. We do use coconut oil in all our products except Peanut Butter granola. *exception is our Bacon Me Crazy that contains walnuts.
We sanitize all equipment between batches. If you have a severe nut allergy, our products may not be your best option.

How long is your product good for?

All products will have a sticker with a MMDDYY on it, which represents the best-by-date for an unopened bag. All of our products are dated with a 12-month shelf life from the date of manufacture. Do note that once the bag is opened, different factors will impact shelf life such as oxygen, moisture, heat and light. We recommend storing our products in a cool, dry place and always making sure that the bag is zipped tightly each time after use to maximize freshness.

No need to refrigerate or freeze.

What type of sugars do you use?

We sweeten our products from the bees to the trees!

We use honey in most of our products. Our vegan granola is sweetened with Organic Maple Syrup. Our granola bars are sweetened with honey and coconut sugar.

What type of oils do you use?

We use Organic Virgin Coconut Oil in all products with the exception of our Peanut Butter granola that contains no oils.

What's the size of your granola bars?

Our granola bars are 1.2 oz, about the size of a Snickers bar.

How do I store your granola & granola bars?

We recommend storing our products in your pantry, cabinet, or desk drawer.

Our granola bars are best enjoyed at room tempeture. If you prefer a crunchier granola bar, store in the fridge!

What's the best way to use granola?

There is no wrong way to use granola. Throw it on your yogurt, smoothie bowls, toast, pour some milk on it. Grind it up and use as a flour replacement for pancakes, waffles, cookies. How can I get your products at my local store?

The best way to get our products sold at your local store is to let The Gourmet Granola and your local store know you want it! Please contact our sales team at sales@thegourmetgranola.com & let your local market know by talking with their grocery buyer or store manager.

Ordering & Shipping

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to all states in the US. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time.

Can I update my shipping information after I place the order?

If your order has not shipped, I am happy to update the address for you. Simply send me an email. If your order has already been shipped, there is not a way to make any changes. (So sorry - I would if I could!)

We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to package refusal or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Can I cancel my order?

As long as you email us at hello@thegourmetgranola.com before your order has been shipped, we can cancel your order for you.

What’s your shipping & return policy?

Shipping:

The Gourmet Granola offers free shipping over $60 (after any discounts) via USPS Mail, Fedex, and UPS for orders shipped to the continental US, Alaska, and Hawaii. Orders under $60 ship at a flat rate of $7.00. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Most orders will arrive within 3-5 business days. Prior to checkout, the total shipping price for your order will be displayed.

Returns:

As a food company, our products are non-returnable unless you receive a damaged or defective product. While we hope this is never the case, if this does happen, please send us a photo of the issue along with your order number to hello@thegourmetgranola.com. We’d be happy to send you a replacement or a refund.

Where do you deliver?

We're making granola delivery a thing! Get our granola & granola bars delivered right to your doorstep (or office) anywhere in Omaha (and the surrounding area). We deliver on Wednesdays between 9 am - 12 pm.

Orders over $20 (after discounts) will be delivered for FREE! Orders under $20 will have a $5 delivery fee.

Why is local delivery not available at checkout and I'm within your delivery area?

Unfortunately, local delivery is not an option at checkout if you are paying with Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or PayPal. If you prefer to pay with one of those methods, shipping will be the only option.
