We offer a flat-rate shipping fee of $8 on all orders shipping within the continental U.S.

Orders over $45 (after discounts) ship FREE within the continental U.S.

Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated at checkout and may vary based on package size, weight, and your choice of USPS or UPS.
Shipping Methods
All orders are shipped via USPS, FedEx, or UPS, depending on destination and package size. Shipping rates will always be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order Processing & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after you receive your order confirmation email (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on your location and selected carrier.
- Order shipping to Hawaii or Alaska, please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the carrier. The Gourmet Granola is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, or if it appears lost in transit, please contact us HERE or contact your local post office directly, and we’ll do our best to help you resolve the issue.
Additional Shipping Fees
The Gourmet Granola reserves the right to apply special shipping or handling fees for oversized, bulk, or special orders. If applicable, these fees will be clearly communicated, and by placing your order, you agree to pay all associated shipping costs.
Local Omaha area Delivery:
Delivery Area
Local delivery is available within the Omaha metro area, including Gretna, Papillion, La Vista, parts of Council Bluffs, and Bennington. Availability is determined by address and will appear at checkout if your location qualifies.

Local deliveries take place every Wednesday between 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM.
Delivery Fees

FREE local delivery on orders over $25 (after discounts).

Orders under $25 will include a $5 local delivery fee.

We deliver to homes and offices.

If you prefer a no-contact delivery, please leave instructions at checkout.

You’ll receive a text message from Glenn or Nicole when you are next in the delivery route.

For no-contact deliveries, we’ll send a photo showing where your order was left, based on your instructions.

Once delivery is complete, you’ll receive a text confirmation followed by an email confirmation.
Payment Method Notice
Unfortunately, local delivery is not available at checkout when paying with Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, or PayPal. If you choose one of these payment methods, shipping will be the only checkout option available. We may reach out to you directly by email to offer local delivery.

If available, the local delivery option will appear automatically.
Oops! I entered the wrong shipping address. Can I change it?
If your order has not shipped, I am happy to update your address. Simply send me an email. If your order has already been shipped, there is no way to make any changes. (So sorry - I would if I could!)
We are not responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned due to package refusal or an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
Returns:
As a food company, our products are non-returnable unless you receive a damaged or defective product. While we hope this is never the case, if this does happen, please send us a photo of the issue along with your order number to hello@thegourmetgranola.com. We’d be happy to send you a replacement and refund.
