These Cookie Dough Balls are hands down the best snack ever! Are you like me a find yourself snacking a bit more since we're #stayinghome? These Cookie Dough Balls are a must to have on hand. The best part is how easy they are to make. With limited ingredients, they are healthy and guilt-less.

These were gone in 2 days and I'm about to make more. I used our Cinnamon Vanilla granola in these, but any flavor of our granola will work. This recipe can easily be adapted this for ingredients that you have on hand.

INGREDIENTS:
1 Cup + 2 Tbls Cinnamon Vanilla or Peanut Butter Granola
1/2 Cup Peanut or Cashew or any nut/seed Butter
3 Tbls Maple Syrup                                                             
1 Tbsp Coconut Oil, melted     
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips

Directions:
Grind 2 cups of The Gourmet Granola granola until fine in food processor or blender. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl until well combined. Roll into balls or use a cookie scoop. If too wet, chill in the fridge for 30 minutes. Store in the fridge or freezer. If you store in the freezer, defrost for a few minutes before eating. Makes 12 balls.
