Lemon Almond Fruit Pizza
Having a party and want to wow the crowd? This Lemon Almond Fruit Pizza is the perfect dish to bring. It's easy to assemble and can be easily adapted with your favorite fruits and berries.

Don't want to bring a a full sized pizza? Don't worry, you can make it easily in muffin tins with liners!

INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Gourmet Granola Lemon Almond Granola
4 Tbls Melted Coconut Oil
3/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (can easily swap out for non-dairy yogurt)
Assorted Fruits & Berries for Toppings
 
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350F. Grind granola until it’s a fine crumb. Pour in the coconut oil until the granola forms a ball. Remove from food processor and place in a lined spring form 8 1/2” pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the granola isn’t shiny and is slightly browned around the edges. Allow to cool completely before decorating with a layer of yogurt (for the sauce) and fruit/berries (as the toppings). Slice when ready to serve.
