Overnight Oatmeal
Overnight Oatmeal is something that gets you excited for mornings again. Easy and simple to assemble the night before. Just grab the jar, and a spoon, and you're set to slay the day! If you are a meal prepper, you can make a few and store them in the fridge for a quick breakfast in the morning. You can also enjoy it as an evening snack!
INGREDIENTS:1/2 Cup The Gourmet Granola Granola ( our favorites for overnight oatmeal -
Cinnamon Vanilla,
Lemon Almond,
Mocha, or
Orange Cardamom)
1/2 Cup Vanilla milk of choice
2 Tbls Vanilla Protein Powder
1 Tbls Chia Seeds
Drizzle of honey or maple syrup (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS:In a mason jar (or small bowl) add the granola, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Place the lid on the mason jar and give it a good shake (or stir if using a bowl). Place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight. Next morning enjoy straight from the jar and top with your favorite fruit or berries.
*If you like your oatmeal a bit thinner, add a splash of your milk of choice until you reach desired texture.
