Overnight Oatmeal

Overnight Oatmeal is something that gets you excited for mornings again. Easy and simple to assemble the night before. Just grab the jar, and a spoon, and you're set to slay the day! If you are a meal prepper, you can make a few and store them in the fridge for a quick breakfast in the morning. You can also enjoy it as an evening snack!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1/2 Cup The Gourmet Granola (our favorites for overnight oatmeal - Cinnamon VanillaLemon AlmondMocha, or Orange Cardamom)
  • 1-2 scoops Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1/2 Cup Vanilla Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 Tbls Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tbls Collagen
  • 1 Tbls ground flax (optional)
  • Drizzle of Honey or Maple Syrup (optional)
  • Toppings or mix-ins: banana, berries, nuts, seeds, chocolate chips, etc.

INSTRUCTIONS:
In a mason jar (or small bowl) add the granola, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds, and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. Place the lid on the mason jar and give it a good shake (or stir if using a bowl). Place mixture in the fridge to chill overnight. Next morning enjoy straight from the jar and top with your favorite fruit or berries.
*If you like your oatmeal a bit thinner, add a splash of your milk of choice until you reach desired texture.

 *Pro tip - prep multiple jars with the dry ingredients, then during the week just add the milk, shake, and place in the fridge to enjoy in the morning.
