Pumpkin Spice Latte Overnight Oatmeal
Self-care is not selfish. It's been a week of stress and anxiety. Take some time to unplug, rest, and recharge.
A great way to start is with a hearty oatmeal bowl with our Pumpkin Spice granola filled with all the comforting spices of Fall.
Some other great ways to recharge is take a walk, go on a bike ride, give yourself a mani/pedi, take a bubble bath or get lost in a book.
INGREDIENTS:1/2 Cup Gourmet Granola
Pumpkin Spice Granola1 TBLS Chia Seeds
1/4 Cup Pumpkin Puree
2 Tbls Honey or Maple Syrup
2 Tbls Yogurt
1/4 Cup Milk of Choice
1/4 Cup Cold Brew Coffee

INSTRUCTIONS:In a jar, combine the granola and chia seeds. Stir to combine. Mix in the pumpkin puree, Yogurt, milk, coffee, and honey. Stir vigorously for about a minute so the chia seeds activate. Place the lid on and refrigerate overnight. In the morning youâll have a delicious and energizing treat. *double milk if you donât do coffee
