Stovetop Oatmeal
Stovetop Oatmeal is a staple around here in the midwest. Especially after shoveling snow. It's the perfect way to start your day filled with whole grains that will keep you fueled through the day.Ingredients:2 cups milk (I used Cashew)1 cup Cinnamon Vanilla granola (I have also used Bourbon Maple, Pumpkin Spice, Orange Cardamom, and Peanut Butter successfully)Directions:bring to a boil & simmer for 5 minstop with fresh berries, fruit, a dash of cinnamon or pumpkin spice, or if you're feeling naughty chocolate chips or rainbow sprinkles!*if you have more of a sweet tooth, drizzle with honey or maple syrup.Follow us over on Facebook and Instagram @thegourmetgranola.
