Waffle Tacos
This isn't necessarily a recipe as so much as a fun way to use our granola, granola bars and crumbles.
I came up with these by accident when I was trying to do a photoshoot with some waffles topped with granola and fresh fruit and realized I didn't have any utensils that weren't plastic. So I got creative and just folded the waffle up like a taco and it worked perfectly! I may have created a new food group and there's no shame when it comes to waffles and tacos!
This would also be fun to do with your kiddos if you need something to entertain them or if you have a picky eater.
