Baked Oatmeal for One
This easy Baked Oatmeal is made with just a blender and an oven-safe dish. It's so easy you can enjoy a warm bowl of Baked Oatmeal on weekdays.

1/2 C Cinnamon Vanilla granola (also works great with Peanut Butter granola, Mocha granola, or Gingerbread granola)
2/3 C Milk of choice
1/2 Banana or 2 Tbls Maple syrup (if you're not a fan of bananas)
1 Tbls Chia seeds
1 Tsp Baking powder
1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
1 scoop Collagen
Pinch of sea salt
Strawberries and Chocolate chips for topping
Optional add-ins: 1/2 tsp Cinnamon, 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, 1 Tbls Cacao Powder

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray oven-safe bowl/dish with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients except toppings in the blender and blend on high for about a minute, until smooth texture. Pour into oven-safe bowl/dish and add toppings. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow cooling slightly before digging in. You can also add a splash of milk or creamer.

Wanna make it for two? Easy! Just double the ingredients and split them between 2 bowls or use a small dish to bake in.
