Pumpkin Spice Pie Crust
The best part of Thanksgiving is the pies (in my option). I could care less for the meats and sides, I'm just there for the pie. This pie crust is one of my favorites and can be easily adapted to your favorite filling.
Only 2 ingredients are needed. This pie crust can also be adapted to smaller muffin-sized pies. The best part is it's #glutenfree #dairyfree #soyfree #refinedoilfree AND #refinedsugarfree!
Ingredients:3 cups
Pumpkin Spice Granola5 Tbls coconut oil or butter, melted
Directions:Preheat oven to 350 F. Grind granola until fine in the food processor then add the melted coconut oil or butter slowly and blend until combined. Press into a pie pan (or prepared muffin tin) until even on the bottom and sides. Bake for 15-20 mins until lightly browned. Once cooled add your pie filling and enjoy!
